Joe Neel Broker Associate Joe Neel, GRI has been a Breckenridge resident since 1978. Two of Joe's children graduated from Summit County schools: Emily, who is employed by the ski area, and Patrick, who attends CU at Boulder and is a member of the ski team. His youngest daughter, Rosemary, is a student at Summit County High School.
